CLAST Waiver
The CLAST Waiver Guidelines are available to explain the requirements and documentation necessary to complete your packet. Some basic requirements for consideration for a waiver are the following:
- Must have taken a specific subtest at least four times
- Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA in all college credit courses in that same subject area

The CLAST Waiver Form must be downloaded. It is part of the packet that must be turned in with the waiver packet.

Submit six copies of the completed waiver packet and one official transcript to Debra Urban in Howard Phillips Hall, room 216, three weeks prior to the Waiver Committee Meeting.
